Perfect Player is a highly customisable IPTV player for Android and Windows, built around M3U playlists. It's free with ads; a paid version removes them.
How to add IPTV to Perfect Player
- Download Perfect PlayerInstall from the Google Play Store (Android) or the Microsoft Store (Windows).
- Open SettingsLaunch the app and tap
Settings(the gear icon). - Add your M3U linkGo to
General > Playlistand paste your M3U URL into theURL or File pathfield. - Show channel groupsUnder
Settings > GUI, enableShow channel groups as folders— this keeps a big list tidy. - Load channelsReturn to the main screen; your channels and VOD update automatically.

FAQs
Playback is buffering or stuttering — what can I do?
In playback settings, try a different decoder: Auto is best by default, then HW+, then Hardware; on a slow connection try SW. You can also raise the buffer size (1 = smallest, 4 = largest).
Does Perfect Player support Xtream Codes?
